• Simplifying the facility /warehouse / location hierarchy and the number and set-up of our inventory transactions effect codes while helping to resolve discrepancies between our inventory balances and allocations.
• Beginning to implement the distribution resource planning (DRP) module to plan and manage our distribution network consisting of 2 manufacturing plants, 2 distribution centers and several forwarding warehouses.
