Company Background

Founded in 1991 by Milton
C. Habeck, the sole shareholder, after
twenty years of experience with S.C. Johnson & Son.
Corporate headquarters based in Racine, Wisconsin.
Professional staff based principally in private homes, many in the Chicago area (we are a leader in telecommuting!).
Sales volume more than doubled in each of the last two years.
Employees, dedicated contractors, and internationally based sales agents numbering over thirty people.
Computer resources include two AS/400 development machines, with 200 GB of DASD Windows NT network, channelized T1 supporting both leased line and dial-in access, also T1 to the internet supporting VPN services.
Over $500,000 line of credit with Park Bank and other financial institutions.
Customer base of over 200 and growing daily. Our customers are spread throughout the world.
Board of Directors composed principally of elders and pastors from Grace Church.
