Our first experience with Unbeaten Path was a seminar, "Commitment for Excellence" given to our management team by Milt Habeck. It was a powerful, exciting overview of the work that needed to be done to take our company to a higher level. Shortly afterward, we contracted to have Cynthia Collins consult with us, largely on inventory control and systems issues.

Our experience with Cynthia Collins as a consultant has been very beneficial to our company. Ms. Collins has proven knowledgeable about every aspect of our business, as well as the BPCS system. She has a remarkable ability to take her general knowledge of manufacturing and apply it to our specific needs.

Ms. Collins has worked with the accounting, engineering, production and materials departments, and in every area, she has found practical and innovative ways to save both time and money. She has also assisted us with two physical inventories, improving their accuracy and helping us to properly analyze the results. She has worked quite hard to implement strong controls on shop orders and production reporting, as well as significant inventory controls and procedures.
