A UCCnet implementation has some dramatic
implications. Getting ready for UCCnet will compel your company to improve
the integrity and comprehensiveness of computer-stored product data to
a level of perfection that may have never been dreamed of before.
The vision of UCCnet is that product-related
data inside your computer is so accurate that it can be automatically
extracted and transmitted over the web to your customers. (Last-minute
data reviews by your sales team can be inserted in the process, of course,
but they would be a manually-intensive interruption in what should ideally
be an automatic process.)
If your product-related data aren't
