The issue discussed yesterday afternoon, has already been resolved, thanks to the prompt response of your staff members. I received a phone call from James Huston, shortly after our phone conversation yesterday.

We discussed the situation and scheduled a phone conference call, for Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m., with our MIS personnel as well. Mr. Huston was able to direct Allen Li, of our MIS department, to the files that would be necessary to modify, in order to achieve the desired result. The necessary changes were made in both the production and test environments, and test entries were performed to ensure that the calendars would function properly, as recommended by your Mr. Huston.

We couldn't be more satisfied with the prompt and knowledgeable assistance, received from the Unbeaten Path staff, with regards to this issue.

I also did receive a phone call from the initial contact, [Bob Kohlndorfer] at your company, making sure that I had received a follow-up phone call, as well. I am very impressed with the service received.
