I want to commend Unbeaten Path International for the great team effort that went into the century-date remediation of the AS/400 MacPac system used by our Brazil plant.

This was not a small Y2K project; over 1,000 programs and 500 files required analysis and repair. Despite the challenges of language and distance, your Resuscitator2000 remediation work was completed in only six weeks. The remediated MacPac system was thoroughly tested by our Brazilian staff; thanks for promptly correcting the modest number of errors revealed by that testing.

In the course of the analysis, Unbeaten Path also discovered and corrected a pre-existing logic problem in the Brazilian system, something that was outside the normal scope of the Resuscitator2000 remediation effort. It was a nice bonus to have this logic issue resolved.

Please congratulate your staff for their dedication and teamwork. Their contributions to our joint effort and their commitment to quality have resulted in a successful Y2K compliance effort.
