Dear Paul;

I would just like to take a couple moments of your time to comment on the AS/SET self paced education guide "Standing Ovation" which Integrity recently purchased from Unbeaten Path.

As you are aware, Integrity Mutual Insurance is a dedicated user of the AS/SET product. All system development has been through the use of the AS/SET product for the past 5 years with over 750 programs in production.

While we do have an experienced staff of AS/SET developers, we continue to have the need to train new staff members as well as refresh the training of some of our infrequent users such as myself.

I have completed the training guide and have found it most useful in providing a good overview of the AS/SET product. While I can't say that I'm now ready to take on major program development, I would say it provided a solid base upon which to build.

I certainly feel it is a valuable tool which will provide the needed "basic" training for new staff, as well as providing a good refresher for the senior people who do not use AS/SET on a regular basis.

I have asked that my entire development staff take the course as a means to either strengthen their knowledge, or so as to gain incite as to what a trainee is being presented and how best they can assist them.

Overall I would say that the cost of "Standing Ovation" and the potential benefits when compared to the cost of off sight education is money well spent.
