I'm very pleased to recommend Milt Habeck and his new consulting company, Unbeaten Path International. I have worked with Milt since the early 1980s in my capacity as Director of Administration and Finance at Quimica S.C. Johnson & Son Chilena. Milt has several strong qualities, which I would like to mention below:

Experience: Milt is a seasoned Latin American manager who helped our company during both times when Chile's economic environment was very difficult and more recently when favorable conditions have existed. His background in many different disciplines and his understanding of good business practices gives him an excellent insight for optimizing operating procedures.

Financial Ability and Insight: Milt was the first financial support person from the parent company to recognize that high inflation rates were distorting our financial results and causing us to decapitalize. He convinced senior managers in Racine to administer our company using inflation adjusted figures. This change was fundamental to launching us towards a much improved financial conditions.

Vision and Creativity: In 1986, Milt initiated the idea of implementing integrated/real-time, common information systems in the Americas Region. Our company was one of the first of its kind in Chile to achieve fully integrated, real-time computer operations. Milt recruited and lead a very qualified team of people who supported this implementation regionally.

Leadership: He assembled an exceptionally competent and motivated group of financial managers in SCJW's Americas Region companies. Milt motivated by encouraging innovation, by setting high performance standards, by coaching people to achieve their potential, and by fairly evaluating performance.

Ethics: Milt built and trust in the Americas Region with his honesty and by basing his decisions on the true merits of a situation.
