He conducted himself very professionally and showed a thorough knowledge of the workings of the BPCS system in all areas of its applications. Our staff found him very easy to work with and gained valuable insight into the functions of BPCS, which we did not know were available. He made a profound difference in the way in which we regarded BPCS and how the applications are supposed to be utilized.
