Good Morning Milt,

The three-day conference with Jim Huston was very beneficial. We were able to discuss the most critical of our finance issues, at this time, and Jim gave us recommendations for the resolution of almost all of them. Our issues ranged from system processing issues to reporting requirements.

Most of the work now, is in the capable hands of our MIS team, but with the guidance from Jim, our finance group believes that we will be able to resolve most of these outstanding items. There are BPCS design issues that we are having to deal with, such as processing time for certain functions and the ability for the system to complete the
required transaction (such as INV920-which is currently being tested for posting). There are also a number of reports that must be designed to pull the necessary information from the system for analysis.

We are proud of the progress that we have had with BPCS since implementation in 1998, but have many enhancements that we would like to implement.

On behalf of our department, as well as the MIS group, I would like to extent my appreciation once again, and look forward to working with Unbeaten Path in the future.
