MRP500+600 finds conditions that show up with exception messages in various MRP2 reports & MRP300 inquiry. Can someone point me at field(s) containing exception condition that existed as of last regen or net change?

My intent = list plans needing human attention, such as via query/400 or a simple RPG or SQL program, with less baggage than found in most SSA programs.

Thanks,

Dear Mac ...

Have you ever looked at a product called PaperSaver, from Unbeaten Path? We purchased this early on in our BPCS implementation, because the standard MRP200 report is way to cumbersome and cluttered.

The selection screen is very flexible ... you can get just the "group" of items you're looking for,
with the level of detail you need, sorted in exactly the sequence you want it.

Our planners swear by it, and never use MRP200.

We bought it probably 7 years ago, but I don't remember the $$ being that much.
