The Tower Automotive - Milwaukee facility recently received a two-day MRP II/JIT Overview training session from Mr. Milt Habeck of Unbeaten Path. We found this training to be valuable and would highly recommend it to other businesses.

Tower Automotive is in the process of implementing MFG/PRO, an enterprise resource planning software package by QAD. Faced with year 2000 issues in our current operating system and a tight time frame for implementation, the need to begin with solid education for the implementation team was recognized. Milt did an excellent job of presenting the fundamentals of manufacturing resource planning to a cross-functional team. More importantly, Milt helped us focus on the underlying practices and disciplines that needed to be addressed as a foundation for success in our implementation.

The training from Milt and Unbeaten Path has helped get our implementation off to a strong start and has greatly improved our chances of success in this culture-changing event.
