Thank you for the excellent presentation of the MRP II concepts. We benefited from your experience and passion for the closed loop process. The education provides an excellent foundation to the re-implementation process at Trinity's Greenville facility. All in attendance came away with a clearer vision and understanding of the MRP Ii process. Some understood for the first time that BPCS and the MRP II process was not just a computer project but a whole new way of looking at business.

We are still in the early stages of our re-implementation process but you pointed the way to successful utilization of the MRP II closed loop process and the BPCS product. 'Your clear-headed examples and straightforward presentation style went a long way in convincing the facilities senior management that MRP II could not only 'work' at the facility but could create a new environment of business excellence.
